This course is designed as a follow-up to the Certificate II in Business course, or a more advanced introduction into Business operations. It also serves as an excellent introduction for the Certificate IV in Small Business Management.

This course will provide you with first-class training from our highly qualified trainers. It includes training in processing software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and more; alongside areas of business documents, financial programs, quality management and customer relations. In order to complete the course you will need to study 1 Core Unit and 11 Electives.
